Unofficial gpsp Multiplayer Not Far Away
It appears that developer Takka has something big in store for the Unofficial gpSP Kai Gameboy Advance Emulator for the Sony PSP. The coder updated his dev site with some of his upcoming plans for gpSP Kai, including the implementation of a multiplayer function. Here are the author’s notes (Via Google translate):

this isn’t true! Takka really isn’t promising multiplayer wifi support for his crap-hack gpsp emulator! this unofficial crap has GOT to come to an end! and too I bet exophase can do that stuff WAY better than Takka can! unofficial emulators are annoying and don’t work very well, the REAL (official) ones are better! to Takka: quit forking exophase’s emulator! it’s annoying! and yes I won’t use your emulator Takka! make your own emulator or something!

And plus the release is out right now to download…his emulator is the best gba emulator out there, i am quite impressed w/ it. Nice job Takka!!

Well, until exophase actually bothers making a update, i think ill stick to the unoffical ones. Its the same situation with Sony and custom firmware.

Honestly, I can live with non-working games; I’ve already run across a few (KH:CoM, Shining Soul, original NES games, and Fire Emblem, to name a few), if it means WiFi support for multiplayer. I’d love to play Four Swords, Pokémon, or Kirby with my friends.
@arkangel you said kh:com doesnt work. if you mean it freezing at opening cinematic you can fix that by using save state when it freezes and then just load state right after that. it will still be pixelated but it will run through to the game. im using uo gpsp kai 3.2 test 8.7.
and i agree about being able to play four swords etc. with friends/family
This will be amazing. As mentioned before, it would be the perfect GBA Emulator.
Next: Multiplayer between PSP and a GBA with a Wireless adapter.
